Ayurveda Yoga Therapy is customized to holistically support your unique consitution. Each session focuses upon integrating spirit, body, breath and mind and may include postures, movement, meditation, pranayama (breath awareness), and deep relaxation techniques. Sessions are tailored to be incorporated into your daily regimen and conclude with a take home written routine.
Note: An initial Ayurveda Consult is required prior to your first Ayurveda Yoga Therapy Session.
