What personal data we collect and why we collect it
This website may collect personal data to power Jetpack analytics, including: personal account preferences, transactional data, such as purchase information, information about your browser, network, and device, web pages you visited prior to coming to this website, your IP address, along with other technical data, such as information about cookies, This information may also include details about your use of this website, including: clicks, internal links, pages visited, scrolling, searches, and timestamps.
When you schedule an appointment by booking on this website, we collect personal information from you to complete the booking. We may collect information like your: Name, Email address, Phone number, Details relating to your appointment (for example, who referred you), Sensitive Personal Data concerning your health or medical files you uploaded. We may also collect Bank and Debit/Credit Card information. We share this information with Squarespace, our scheduling service provider, so that they can provide online booking services to Prakrti. We may also share this information with our payment processors Square and Paypal.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
