|Abhyanga – Ayurvedic Massage||Abhyanga is Ayurveda’s classic massage. Warm herbal oils, customized according to individual constitution, are luxuriously poured over the skin and massaged head to foot, ensuring deep penetration of oil throughout the layers of the skin. This purifying and nourishing therapy dislodges toxins, stimulates circulation and immunity, balances the nervous system, and promotes profound relaxation. |Shirodhara (Coming Soon)||Warmed, herbalized oils or milk are poured over the forehead in a continuous stream to balance the brain, promoting relaxation.
