I’m excited to introduce Liz!
Liz is a 250-hour certified teacher of Hatha Yoga. Since high school, she has seen and felt the benefits of frequent stretching. First starting in ballet, she became interested in yoga in 2016 and after finishing her bachelor’s degree at MTSU, she began studying the teachings and deepening her practice. She began teaching private lessons in West Virginia and started a class at the local gym. In her classes, Liz invites you to breathe and slow down into a stretch that brings the body and mind to a place of deep relaxation and calmness. Try out a class to remedy both physical and emotional tension!
