After a warm up flow or stress relieving spinal series, postures are practiced slowly with static holds to allow the practitioner to truly feel into every pose allowing for heightened self-awareness.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. The practice draws your attention inward as you fluctuate between states of wakefulness and sleep. Your breath balances and becomes quiet. The unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves as you fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness. Yoga Nidra allows you to deeply experience yogic teachings such as feeling interconnected wholeness and becoming aware of your true nature.
Wednesday 8:00 p.m.

Spiritual Health is a multidimensional concept which does not refer to any specific religion. It promotes a connection to a sense of meaning and purpose in life and connection with oneself, others, nature, or a higher power – something greater than ourselves, and for some transcendence. This class is for individuals dedicated to exploring yogic philosophies and practices and applying them within daily life and within personal relationships.

Instead it’s a unique, holistic practice tailored to each person who comes to the mat.
