Heart to Heart Pure Energy Healing destroys energetic blockages in order to break destructive energetic patterns that cause us to remain stuck in dis-ease of the body, mind, and Spirit. Like Reiki and other healing energy modules Pure Energy destroys what is no longer beneficial. However, Pure Energy also creates what is needed to best holistically serve the individual. Pure Energy is the most effective of energy healing modules to bring total balance into the chakras and into the body as deep as the cellular level. Pure Energy Sessions help reduce stress and encourages peace and ease.

Take as many classes as you would like per month for $30 the first month, and $100 per month thereafter with no long term contract. Monday 11:30 – In Kundalini Yoga, we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technique precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul. 60 minutes

Monday 1:00 pm – This class includes practices from Ayurveda, Yoga’s Sister Science, and from Tradtional Chinese Medicine to help bring balance and healing into all the layers of your being through asana, mudra, meditation, nutrition and supplement tips. There may also be discussion of Deity/God/Goddess, Chakras, Moon Phase, and Quotes from Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita.

Monday 6:45 – This Hatha yoga class focuses on alignment asana and uses props to help students of all levels access the greatest benefits of yoga. Also included are mudra, pranayama, meditation, and yoga philosophy. This class encourages practitioners to take their yoga off the mat, into the world.

Tuesday 7:30 –  This BKS Iyengar inspired hatha yoga class is for beginners and seasoned yogis who wish to fine tune their practice for a deeper experience. This class will focus on beginning to intermediate poses, using props to explore different variations. This class encourages confidence to develop or strengthen a personal home practice. Mats are provided. 60 minutes

Yin Yoga is based on the Taoist concept of yin and yang, opposite and complementary principles in nature. Yin is the stable, unmoving, hidden aspect of things; yang is the changing, moving, revealing aspect. Other yin-yang polarities include cold-hot, down-up, calm-excited. In the body, the relatively stiff connective tissues (tendons, ligaments, fascia) are yin, while the more mobile and pliable muscles and blood are yang. This class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine, penetrating deep into the connective tissues. Yin Yoga is for you if you are tired, over-stimulated, when your energy is too erratic, your mind overactive, whether you are craving for energy or you feel you have too much of it. Mats are provided.

Wednesday 12:45 pm – Yoga for the toughest job you will ever love! Self-care is so important and often neglected. Take time for you and join Jen for this 60 minute vacation with guided meditation and aromatherapy.

Thursday 7:30 pm & Saturday 2:45 pm– This class typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Poses are held 5 minutes or more, and include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. Class will end with a guided Yoga Nidra to help promote even deeper rest. All levels welcome. 90 minutes

Friday 10:30 am  – This Gentle Hatha Yoga incorporates asana, mudra, pranayama, philosophy and meditation practices to help reduce stress related issues such as anxiety, grief, and depression, as well as physical health problems like body pain and adrenal fatigue. Friday 12:45 pm – Jen teaches this yoga class for bodies of all shapes and sizes for those new to yoga or wanting a basic flow class. This class implements poses and modifications for a curvier form and introduces fundamental yoga postures, teaches how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in your yoga practice. Jen stresses “You don’t have to have a “yoga body” to benefit from yoga.” Join us in the judgement-free yoga zone. 75 minutes

Wednesday 5:00 pm – This class introduces older kids and teens and their families to yoga poses, breathing techniques, hand positions, and mindfulness practices. Every class is designed to increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health and mental clarity. Yoga can help eliminate growth spurt pain, prevent sports injuries, and creates a calmer and more focused mind. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate. Mats are provided. 60 minutes

At Prakrti Yoga, we strive to ensure that yoga is accessible to everyone. If a student truly desires a class they are unable to afford, a scholarship might be awarded if we feel they qualify.

Additionally, I also provide Yoga services to several community programs on a volunteer basis, because from my own experiences, I believe in the Power of Yoga and know how it can change lives. To the best of my ability, I will continue to serve God and my community in this way.

Finally, In honor of my oldest son, Christopher, a portion of donations are also presented to National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.

If you have benefited in even the slightest of ways from your own yoga practice and would like to Pay It Forward, your Karma Donations will go a long way in helping others heal and change the quality of their lives through Yoga.

PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR AVAILABILITY  –  DUE TO LACK OF INTEREST, THIS CLASS IS UNFORTUNATELY REMOVED FROM THE SCHEDULE AT THIS TIME.  This class is open to all levels. and is designed to make yoga accessible to anyone wishing to develop and connect with other like-minded practitioners. There is no charge for this session, but if you feel led by Spirit, your donation is greatly appreciated. Everyone is welcome, but registration is required to reserve your spot.
