|Meditation Exploration||Sunday 1:00 pm – This Studio class includes a short, gentle yoga asana practice to help prepare your body for coming into stillness. Various styles of meditation will be explored. Meditation Exploration is for those who desire a calmer mind, better health and improved mood, as well as for those who wish to withdraw inward to develop a deeper relationship with his or her true nature. There will be opportunity to share and discuss experiences within the meditation community. No experience necessary.||Studio Session||Virtual Visit|
|Yin Yoga||Monday 1:00 pm & 7: 30 pm and again Thursday 7:00 pm – This class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine, penetrating deep into the connective tissues. Yin Yoga is for you if you are tired, over-stimulated, when your energy is too erratic, your mind overactive, whether you are craving for energy or you feel you have too much of it.||Studio Session||Virtual Visit|
|True Beginner’s Yoga||Monday 9:00 am & 6:00 pm – This is for the beginner who isn’t comfortable in a mixed level class. We focus on fundamental poses, using props to explore different variations and developing a new level of body awareness and connection to breath. Here we realize our bodies are uniquely made and begin to understand that yoga is more than a one size fits all type of exercise. Instead it’s a unique, holistic practice tailored to each person who comes to the mat.||Studio Session||Virtual Visit|
|Balance, Breath, & Being||Tuesday 7:00 pm – This class is inspired by my studies within the lineage of Sivananda Yoga which is dedicated to the teaching of classical yoga and vedanta to promote physical, mental and spiritual health. We will practice Swami Vishnudevananda’s five principles of yoga which are easily incorporated into daily life. These are the core teachings of the four paths of classical, traditional yoga and make the wisdom of the ancient sages easily accessible to beginners and the more experienced alike.||Studio Session||Virtual Visit|
|Postures, Pranayama & Practices||Wednesday 10:00 am – This BKS Iyengar inspired traditional yoga class brings balance and healing into all layers of your being by implementing Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga.W||Studio Session||Virtual Visit|
|Restorative Yoga w/Yoga Nidra||This Fifth Sunday Special class typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Poses are held 5 minutes or more, and include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. Class will end with a guided Yoga Nidra to help promote even deeper rest.||Studio Session||Virtual Visit|
When any class must be cancelled due to a schedule conflict with Nikki, class will be offered at another day/time during the same week if possible. Please watch Facebook for those changes.
