As a long time Yogi, I would describe Pound Fitness as “Yoga on steroids”. I might often be heard saying something like “Sometimes getting my Zen on requires beating out all my frustration and aggression through POUND.”

Wednesday 6:30 pm –  Prakrti POUND: This small group POUND Fitness class allows you to unleash your Inner Rock Star and beat to your own drum. You’ll create lasting bonds in this small group setting, and receive full support as you POUND your way into your healthier lifestyle!
Modifications are made to accommodate all fitness levels. Registration is Required.
