Due to the current social distancing situation, we are offering you the choice of joining us for in studio sessions or for LIVE online sessions! 

In addition to our limited time, donation based live stream classes our Virtual Wellness Studio allows you to schedule online Ayurveda Consultations and workshops, Pure Energy Therapy, and Private Ayurveda Yoga Sessions.

You may choose to purchase each class individually or you may find that purchasing a multi-visit class pass or membership subscription is the better option for you.

Meditation

Sunday 2:00  pm – This class includes a short, gentle yoga asana practice to help prepare your body for coming into stillness. Various styles of meditation will be explored. Meditation Exploration is for those who desire a calmer mind, better health and improved mood, as well as for those who wish to withdraw inward to develop a deeper relationship with his or her true nature. There will be opportunity to share and discuss experiences within the meditation community. No experience necessary. Registration is required and remains open one hour prior to class.

Healing Heart

1st Sunday 4:00 pm – This monthly Karma Sunday Self-Care class focuses on the grieving heart using yoga and other mindfulness techniques to gently move through heartbreak with love and support. Registration is required and remains open one hour prior to class.

2nd Sunday 4:00 pm – Calm your mind. Ease your emotions. Sooth your soul. During this monthly Karma Sunday Self-Care meditation session you’ll develop mindfulness techniques, breath practices, and an awareness of the importance of being present in the moment. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation where you’ll experience a state between sleeping and waking. The body is completely relaxed through a guided meditation. and expands the individual’s self-awareness. Registration is required and remains open one hour prior to class.

3rd Sunday 4:00 pm – This is a monthly Karma Sunday Self-Care yoga class especially designed to help those recovering from eating disorders or body image issues. Restorative Yoga

4th Sunday 4:00 pm – This monthly Karma Sunday Self-Care class typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Poses are held 5 minutes or more, and include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. Class will end with a guided Yoga Nidra to help promote even deeper rest. Registration is required and remains open one hour prior to class.

Yin Yang

Monday 9:00 am & Saturday 2:30 pm – This class blends two yoga styles into one practice, combining the benefits of passively held Yin yoga poses with more dynamic Yang sequences and standing postures. Yin is a slow practice where poses are held for several minutes to focus on the body’s deep, dense connective tissue and joints, as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians. In contrast, Yang Yoga is a more active practice, focusing on muscles, blood flow, building strength. Registration is required and remains open one hour prior to class.

True Beginner's

Monday 11:00 am & Saturday 1:00 pm – This alignment based class is for the beginner who isn’t quite yet comfortable joining in with a mixed level class. We focus on fundamental poses, using props to explore different variations, while at the same time developing a new level of body awareness and connection to breath. Here we realize that our bodies are uniquely made and begin to understand that yoga is more than a one size fits all type of exercise, but instead it’s a unique, holistic practice tailored to each person who comes to the mat. Monday 6:30 pm & Saturday 11:00 am – This class is inspired by my studies within the lineage of Sivananda Yoga which is dedicated to the teaching of classical yoga and vedanta to promote physical, mental and  spiritual health. We will practice Swami Vishnudevananda’s five principles of yoga which are easily incorporated into daily life. These are the core teachings of the four paths of classical, traditional yoga and make the wisdom of the ancient sages easily accessible to beginners and the more experienced alike. Yin Yoga

Tuesday 12:30 pm & Wednesday 8:00 pm & Saturday 6:30 pm – This class consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body—the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine, penetrating deep into the connective tissues. Yin Yoga is for you if you are tired, over-stimulated, when your energy is too erratic, your mind overactive, whether you are craving for energy or you feel you have too much of it. pranayama

Tuesday 6:30 pm – Claudia leads this class consisting of Pranayama and meditation with a short savanna. With Pranayama we train and strengthen the lungs, we free the breath, and improve the capacity of the respiratory system, all of which serves as a bridge to connect the body to the mind. In meditation we seek to connect with our own inner Beloved, awareness, our true self. By the union of Pranayama and meditation, we balance and recharge the body, we clam and alter our emotional states. Registration is required and remains open one hour prior to class.

Restorative Yoga Claudia

Friday 6:00 pm – Restorative yoga uses long held resting poses supported by props and encourages us to release unnecessary tension in the body and mind. This way, cultivating the skill of conscious relaxation. The combination of breath with the quietness of restorative yoga poses, stimulates a neurological response, of relax and digest mode, which initiates the body’s self healing process. We live life always being on the go and worrying over the to do list. In this class we will learn to let the body and the mind unwind, renew, befriend, and better our wellness and comfort with our bodies. Claudia leads this class which is a combination of pranayama (the practice of breath control), and restorative yoga poses to effectively decrease stress. Grounding Yoga Flow

Saturday 9:30 am – This gentle yoga class is lead by Rachel and focuses on bringing balance into the root chakra. You will be given the option to stay or quietly exit the studio at the last half hour as the practice of Yoga Nidra begins. Registration is required and remains open one hour prior to class.
